South shore is open with only one dock in the water as of last Sunday. Apparently there's a lot of rocks on the right side (looking down ramp from top) so launch at own risk. Calliham is wide open.

Lots of big fish being caught there, I can't seem to find a fish over 2lbs fishing the grass lines. No idea what the secret is.

Grass is sparse but thick in isolated areas. No more than 3fow below the mat that I can find. Mostly 2fow. Most grass is unhealthy and yellowing. That grass is unproductive. Find isolated patches of green grass and fish will be there. A few decent fish coming from the grass but the bigs are being caught deep on cranks.

The grass is sad and loaded with gar and 1-2 lb bass. The lake is in desperate need of a few feet of water to get the grass healthy, otherwise, gonna be how it was before the rise a few years ago.
