I do, but I don't remember what kind.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.

I have heard good things about Alpha Brian but never tried it myself.
Would not mind trying myself. My Doc does not love me "trying" these herbal supplements though. She said to ask her first before I try new stuff. Turns out that stuff can be quite powerful, have interactions with other meds or conditions and "tinkering" with this stuff is not something she suggests.
But what does she know?

Studies have shown eating blueberries, about 50 to 80 a day, have had great success slowing, and in some cases reversing, neurodegenerative disorders. I eat about that a day for other reasons, like to shrink abdominal fat.

None here. I exercise my memory by learning lyrics and chords to songs. Wouldn't that be good memory exercise?

Forcing myself to remember a lyric is good practice!
