Just wondered how many of you were planning on fishing it this fall and what kind of turn out to expect. Will it be as crowded as the Skeeter Owners Tournament? I've got an entry form laying on my dresser and I'm debating on whether to mail it in or not.

Tons of people and boats but a very well run event and a lot of fun. We have also never had any issues on the water you wouldn't experience on any other day in today's on the water typical behavior, especially if they run a Skeeter bolt

I'd send it in. Because all of these events this year are down on numbers, but the prizes are the same. Better chance for SUCCESS.

Probably will since I've read this. Does anyone know what the entry goodies are like? Do you get as much stuff as the SOT? At the this year's SOT I just came in late after the crowd and I had the 154 ramp pretty much to myself except for some crappie fishermen, I couldn't believe they showed up, they got punished for being there.

No, the bag is small, but Berkley has a neat setup to look at and purchase their tackle in collaboration with Lake Fork Marina...

it may rain between now and mid-October. We only need a foot to get 4 more ramps working.

Right now the forecast for next week looks pretty wet but you know how weather forcasting works, that may change drastically. If we get it all it may come up some next week. It would probably make the month of August 2022 one of the wettest on record as well.

Did the people with the pumps around the lake watering their grass cause the lake levels to fall?
