Anyone know the latest news on the sale of Lake Fairfield? Is there a new private owner or will TPW be continuing to run it?

Lands of Texas shows it’s under contract. Haven’t heard if the new owners are going to extend the state park lease. Shame the state didn’t buy it.

Not sure if the Ranch Hand job is for the new owner of Lake Fairfield? It could possibly be for any one of the other large ranch’s there. FE Hill, for one, owns numerous large tracts they run as cattle and hunting operations. Amerada Ranch, Pyramid Ranch also. I guess we are all staying tuned for more news.
