They have already totally taken over wimmins golf and are making huge strides in real golf. Why are they so good?

The Koreans focus on real life skills and sports while USA kids focus on CRT, gender studies and being woke.

The guys I’m watching on tv don’t even look to be in very good shape

I think most of the lesbians in america dont play golf, they play softball.

Truth.

I lived four years in South Korea (dad worked at a couple of oil refineries there)

Athletic youths are identified early and then rigorously coached and trained (certainly no coddling)
They are harshly punished, often times physically, with a bamboo stick for lapses in concentration or technique.
Only the very strongest physically and mentally progress forward.
Their focus is on performance/results. Marketing/shoe/clothing contracts are a far distant secondary goal.

I did this^ with my kids with no luck…they’re all horrible at golf. Maybe them Koreans use a different species of bamboo?

it's a numbers game ---- put tons of them in it early , weed out the average , have a huge number of above average and train them 7 days a week all year . Eventually a few will make it pro .
Look at baseball --- same thing --- why are so many Dominicans and Puerto Ricans good at it ---- it's incredibly cheap to put thousands of them in programs and weed them out over a period of time . The Dodgers started that in the 1970's .
Other countries are relentless at training . America not so much .
I was being trained for the Olympics in Gymnastics ---12 years of it . My primary coach was from Japan and actually competed for them in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics . Started at 5 years old . 6 days a week 3 to 4 hours each day . We were not allowed to leave at the end of each day unless we could do 150 perfect push ups and 150 perfect sit ups --after running 2 miles . My coach actually beat me in front of my parents for speaking out of turn --- my dad said I deserved it . Injuries were so common place ---it was crazy . I left the sport after twice breaking my L4 on the lower left side of my back . My coach said --"OK , you not tough enough for this sport " .
Eventually , it worked out for a kid I trained with ---his name was Roy Palassou , he qualified for the 1980 Olympics in Russia -- then our Govt decided to withdraw from those games

And dude they go hard in the paint at softball.

Played a lot of Co-ed softball and they take it real serious. Even play dirty at times to win. I always felt like, "Team, the top prize is a t-shirt. This is rec. league softball. Lets be competitive and play hard. But still this should be about fun. This is not the Olympics".... They did not see it that way at all.
