After seeinf the TFO post, thought iād share this. I bought a Mystic Reaper X a couple of years ago to use at Bennett Spring. A few weeks ago, due to user error, i broke the 2nd section from thee tip. I was really upset but it was 100% my dault. This is the 1st nice fly rod i purchased. Ues, i jnow, $275 for a fly rod is not expensive but for me, thats a good chunk of change. I checked their website and saw their warr. $50 repair, not bad but i hadnt registered the rod. I contacted them and was told to register the rod now w the approximate date of purchase. Long story short but within a week my rod was fixed and returned to me in perfect fishing shape. Ready to head to Bennett in a few weeks!

It's always nice to hear about a company that actually treats their customers fairly. Most would have stated since you hadn't registered your rod you're just out of luck.

Yes, i was pleasantly surprised. He said they didnt require a receipt but did need it registered to show it came from an authorized dealer. Very happy w that!!
