I need to upgrade my reels that are older and worn out. I’ve been looking at the fuego ct pretty hard. Seems to be a decent reel for the money. Does anyone use these that could give some input on them? Are they decent reels? I know there are better options but these are within my budget. Will be replacing 8-10 reels. Wanting something that can be sent in for repairs or cleaning, not a disposable reel. Does anyone work on these in case repairs or parts are needed? Thanks

I have two and they are solid. No complaints.

I have the Fuego spinning reel and it is solid.
As far as cleaning and repairs, I took a couple Tatulas into Southwestern Parts and they were having issues getting parts from the manufacturer so they stopped taking all Daiwa reels for repairs.

I have 9. Upgraded to ceramic bearings. Basically a Tatula without the T-wing. For the money you cant beat them. Was getting them for 65 bucks before it all hit the fan. Those days are over

I don't own any personally but did look into them about a year ago. At that time you could find them on ebay for around $75. That seems like a heck of a deal for that reel.

I have a dozen of them. They’re great reels. I personally like them better than the Tatula CT

Thanks for the replies. I’m getting 1 or 2 of them to try out before I go all in replacing. Interested in the ceramic bearing upgrade. Where can you get this done at? Seems like a reasonable upgrade to make it even better.

I’ve gotten myself into too many combos and would sell one if you’re interested. It’s an as new Fuego CT and Falcon Lowrider All Round Fast.
