Took fish out, then sautéed red bell, red and green jap peppers. Then made a lime sauce with the leftover oil with the spice and pepper flavor. All over quinoa rice. All the peppers were from the garden and fish caught locally😁😁😁. She also made a vinegar based cole slaw. Oh So Gooooood! ! !
