Blackend crappie, baked brussel sprouts, and cream sauce. Can't remember all the goodies I put in the cream sauce but it was good. Probably cilantro and pepper / Tony's...

Okey Doke. . . My wife came thru again! ! !

Sautéed Crappie in olive oil and spices. Took fish out, then sautéed red bell, red and green jap peppers. Then made a lime sauce with the leftover oil with the spice and pepper flavor. All over quinoa rice. All the peppers were from the garden and fish caught locally😁😁😁. She also made a vinegar based cole slaw.

Oh So Gooooood! ! !
