So what's gonna happen? Passed the House Judiciary Committee today. Wonder if it's gonna get passed in the house and the senate..?

Time to start stacking back on mags... 1776 commencing again is getting closer and closer

I don’t think it will either, it’s still kinda an uneasy feeling though

When are people gonna understand that the USA is not England or Australia? The founding fathers didn’t write the 2nd amendment after they returned from a hunting trip. They wrote it after they liberated a nation by the use of civilians with military firearms and equipment.

The AR15 is no military weapon of course.. just thought that would be a good point to bring up.

I dont think it will go anywhere, especially with the recent SCOTUS ruling and 2008 Heller case. There’s even a court case right now trying to rule the NFA unconstitutional (Matt Hoover case.) With the recent SCOTUS ruling, they literally admitted the NFA being unconstitutional. How do they expect to pass an “AWB” with all of this?

I can tell tou what will happen if they ban them, nothing. Nobody is going to go fight the gov. Theres not enough people that will give up their cosy lifes to really do that. Even if they were to ban guns all together i dont think anybody would try to start a war with the gov.

It still takes 60 votes for anything to advance in the Senate. This just building up points to place in campaign literature.

Record gun sales the last few months. People will not, absolutely not let them be taken. Once it starts, it starts.

They are making the republicans that played ball with them last month mad by still pushing for more. Won’t even get to a vote in the senate. Dems pushing abortion and gun laws. They can’t talk about the economy, inflation, Covid, crime, the border, and everything else that is burning down right now.

Nobody is going to turn in their guns.
So if you are correct. The government will pass a law it can not, a will not enforce. And the people will ignore it.

Agreed - I think the far left and the less far left are at odds on this....

Still say a street sweeper loaded down with 00 buck would kill 3 times as many as the high powered rifles they’re trying to ban…
