Malik Muhammad just committed to Texas. He is rated the number five cornerback nationally. I'll bet Sark is very happy. Muhammad had narrowed his choices down to three schools. Texas, Texas A&M and Alabama.

Whew! Last pre-season poll i saw had UT at No. 7. Can you believe that?

How far do you think they'll fall after losing to Kansas this year?

The high preseason ranking happens every year, they’re largely irrelevant. People just so desperately want texas to be “back”.

The early season poll kills me every year with the ranking the horns get. That said I do think we are turning a corner and look forward to becoming more competitive in the coming years.

I do not know what to think about the Horns, glad they are getting some top recruits, I think the Offense will be good, maybe Patterson can help make the defense better, as it is right now I feel the same way about them as I do the cowboys, not expecting a lot but hoping they do well.

The Texas Longhorns are the college football version of the Dallas Cowboys.

Unfortunately I pull for both teams!

I'm very skeptical about the horns. If Ewers is the guy that he was rated to be then they have all the tools to be great on offense. Top RB a top WR a top all time offensive line class last year etc. They have the tools and are getting more. The question is can Sark and the players overcome Austin? It's been done before but who knows. Mental toughness has never been one of their virtues
