 How deep at fork?

Taking my daughter catfishing at fork tomorrow. Have not been in a while and wondering what would be a good depth to start at. I was thinking around 20 to 25 foot. We will be using Stubbys cheese bait. Any info is much appreciated. Thanks.

18-20ft in timber along a creek channel. I struggled a little today in 25ft. Caught nice fish, but they weren’t plentiful
