Is Cassels Boykin and/or Jackson Hill Marina owned by the Army Corps or are they county/privately owned parks? Couldn’t find anything on their websites

Cassels is owned and ran by the county. Jackson Hill is privately owned as far as I know.

Called the number posted above, Jackson Hill is private, Boykins isn’t open right now.

Both Jackson Hill & Powell Park are privately owned with a COE lease. So, while they own the buildings, the land still belongs to the US COE.
Cassels-Boykin maybe the same way but under county control.

Cassels Boykin should be open. Not sure why it would not be. Will be up there next weekend as I have a camp 200 yards from the park.
