I hear the crappie fishing may be ok ? I have just bought a house there and thought I would try and catch a few, Im new to Crappie fishing, fished plastic for bass years ago Im retired now and thought I would do some crappie fishing, bass was a catch and release deal and I have not ever had crappie on the supper table, Im told they are the best eating fish in Texas  . Best/jstout

Fish docks 10 to 15 feet of water. Jigs Chartreuse/Black in good results.

To me bluegill are the best tasting fish in Texas. With crappie being second. Welcome to the forum!
