I suspect some of those are made in the same factory as the brand names but are runs made between contracts or something and rebranded. I have a couple 20 dollar picifisun spinning reels that seem the same as some quantum reels I have. I am sure quality control is lacking if not name branded and warranty/customer service are non existent. Maybe worth the gamble. If I wanted to gamble on some, I would order the knock offs from Amazon and return(super easy) if it wasn't any good. I did that with 2 Kastking reels on amazon and both were junk, easy to send back for refund.

The Jackhammers and Vision 110 lures I mentioned are knockoffs. $4 or $5 for the jackhammers and Vision 110s for about $6.

I buy what are called factory refurbished Lews and ABU Garcia reels of Ebay. So far they've performed flawlessly, I've practiced and fished 4 bass tournaments with them so far. so they've seen heavy use. They are also torn down and lubricated regularly. I've learned after decades a fishing that makes a huge diffrence in reel performance and weather or not one will stand up to heavy use. Unless you hook in to something really big like a monster cat or gar and break something internally they'll pretty much hold up to what ever you dish out at them as long as all the internals are clean and we with oil. I've got reels that are nearly 5 decades old that I still use and they are still going strong.

I paired a new Sougayiling reel with a new Shimano rod and took it out for a test run today. I was quite impressed with the reel. Smooth, casts a long way and the drag worked well. I will continue to use it and see how it holds up.

I've got two Piscifun Phantoms and they are among my favorite reels behind my Shimano SLX. Yes they have two break systems, but they don't do much breaking. Got both mine maxed out and that thing will rip like it's got nothing. But boy it's comfortable with great grips. I've had another of their models that's no longer on their website and I had to send it back and upgraded to the Phantom. Thumb release kept disengaging mid cast, snapping your cast off.

I work the hell out of the Phantoms and I'd recommend them as good to go. Just don't buy into the dual braking marketing too much.

Still happy with the Sougayiling. Have been using it for redfish with no complaints.

Glad you took the chance and are happy with your setup.

My Korean reels are going on 4 years routine use without ever being broken down and cleaned. Still work well.
