I would like to get a brook trout replica done, and was wondering if anyone had a suggestion. I appreciate the advice.

I’m guessing that any competent taxidermist could hook you up. You’d want one woth good airbrush skills.

If you want a replica of one you catch, take measurements of the length and girth. Take photos of the fish from every side to capture the colors while the fish is still fresh. Find a taxidermist that specializes in fish. They can tell you what they need to recreate your fish.
