So I used to handtie a ton of jigs but sold all my stuff after stockpiling jigs for years. Finally getting to the point where I will need to restock and not in the mood to get back into tying my own again.
Who has great looking feather jigs for a reasonable price?
Also what brands for plastics do yall like? I havent had to buy plastics in years and that stockpile is dwindling as well. What my collection consists of right now are typical bobby garlands, Constant Pursuit, and some thermocline.
Ill gladly take favorite styles and colors as well.
Thanks!

Lots of guys make good handties. It comes down to their style and what you want. My personal fav is Slab Sydicate, but you have to catch him in the windows he's taking orders because he gets backed up pretty good. Outside of his, I mostly use a buddies jigs and some I have from Camo Joe at Camo's Custom Hand Ties. All 3 are great.
Plastics for me is usually Constant Pursuit, Snacky Lures FS, some of the Bonehead stuff, and some Limits Tackle. But various others that I like the profile at times too.

Reasonably priced and quality jigs? You can't beat Limits Tackle..... You can message Gonz (Steve) here or look him up on FB..... Why Settle For A Few When You Can Catch A Limit is good motto he uses...... I stand behind that his jigs simple catch fish, they last and you won't have to sell a arm to buy them.... You can also order custom colors that you may like..... I'm not only promoting him but always use his tackle and stack my cooler often for myself and my clients when guiding.....

You won’t catch me saying they’re the best, but I stay pretty busy and have been doing it for 7 years. There are plenty to choose from that tie good quality jigs. My turnaround time is getting fairly long, but I am taking orders. Check out the website if nothing else and Tight Lines!! Slab Syndicate

Chris makes the finest hand tied jig's I've seen. I tie my own for trips and use his in tourney's. I'm not real big on plastics but I'm a fan of Laner's Thump Chubbies for sure! White hot, shaddowboy, and ghost minnow are 3 of my favorites!

I've had friends give me jigs from different suppliers. Lots of different companies, I think they just Google jigs or something. Some of those jigs are good for ONE FISH! Next thing they start unraveling, paint chips and sometimes all the eyelets are painted over. If I don't snag them...IF....I can use one of Slab Syndicates jigs all day long, next week and maybe all month. Every single jig looks exactly the same also. Constant Pursuit makes a jig body that is equally well constructed!
