Headed to Canada for two weeks Aug 6th, was wondering if anyone has experienced any trouble on returning to the US/Covid Protocol. We have had this trip booked for 2 years and finally going.

Went to Montreal, Pre-Covid 2019. It was easy then.

No tests to return to US. That ended about a month ago. COVID vax still a requirement to enter Canada and verification has to be done all online.

We wanted to go to Canada this year, but we are not vaxxed.

Your problems are going to be while headed north, not on the way back.

Never been. For whatever it’s worth, BillyVanWard was very complimentary of Canadian bums.

That is correct. You have to register your papers (Vax records) like before you plan to arrive. No Vax and you cannot enter.

Stupid rule but you know... Its their country so if you want to visit you have to play by their rules.

Then I won't be going.

I spent two weeks there and heard only one, just ONE "eh".

Guy walking washing his hands next to me in the washroom says "Nice day 'eh?" I was stoked. But not stoked on how rare maybe it actually is. Might have just been the area I was in. It felt like Seattle just with less bums was all.

Spent a week in Montreal in 2019. Do not remember anyone saying "eh".

I do remember that no one spoke english outside of servers in resturants in the tourisit areas. At least one or more people smoking pot on every street I walked, at any hour of the day. I saw homeless, or dirty people begging for handouts I could only assume were homeless.

Mrs RayBob's brother says "eh?" ad nauseum.

We would go visit her parents but we're both not vaxxed so there are extreme quarantine procedures in the case of family emergency and no go just to vacay. Nope!

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

Heading up in late August for a spreading of ashes of my cousin who died 12/22/21. He wanted them spread on a local lake after ice out. He was a great guide and fisherman. Gonna have to file with Canada for their covid pass. Damn it.
