One can never go wrong with Lawry's. I blend it in with several of my rubs. If I could only have one pre-blended seasoning, it'd be Lawry's.

I sometimes use a BBQ rub or a shot of worcestercshire sauce but mostly it is just salt and pepper.

I like the seasoning they sell at Burger House. There’s definitely some Greek seasoning in their recipe. Cavender’s All Purpose Greek seasoning is excellent on fries.
