I know of a certain judge that has done this many times over. They want to go gamble in Shreveport, let the judge drive in his car, the speed limit makes no difference. Go out for a night of drinking and rabble rousing, take the judges car. Said judge even gave alcohol to a minor (me at the time) when he was still a District Attny for Tarrant Co. It's been a few years and I know he's long since been out of office.
