The Catfish Cadillac did it’s thing again today! I had Jane Tamerius Walston, Don Walston, and Miss Theresa on board today. Miss Theresa is from North Dakota and looks forward to her yearly catfish trip. We had a blast today and whacked those Whisker Fish pretty good! We fished in 30 ft today with Stubby's Catfish Bait as always. It’s hard to beat that Stubby’s cheese bait. I appreciate y’all letting me be your guide again today as always. Look forward to next years trip! I have a few days open in July and have started booking for August. Holler at me to get booked. 903-987-2315[Linked Image]

We had lots of fun today Shannon, as always. Fishing on the Catfish Cadillac is one of my favorite things to do, and the girls loved it. My sister-in-law, Theresa, lives in ND, she usually only comes down here once a year. Since we took her with Shannon last year, she talked about going again for the last few months. smile To say we were looking forward to this trip was an understatement for them, as well as myself.

We started catching fish immediately after we tied up, and never had to move from our original spot. That’s why it pays to have someone who knows what he’s doing if you want results. That’s not all that’s important though ! Another piece to the puzzle is the bait. I’ve been fishing for over fifty years and I’ve never seen a catfish bait that I like better than Stubby’s. It doesn’t stink up your hands, drip on your boat deck, and it stays on a treble hook as well as any other and better than most. I recommend it to everyone I know who catfishes because it simply works ! We had a three person limit and were headed in by 11:00 AM. We had some great eaters, but some good rod benders too ! Three gallon bags of filets doesn’t lie !

Just a word about Lake Fork. I’m sure most of you know that Lake Fork is 6 feet low. This puts lots of stumps out of the water that used to be under it, but it also puts some more within reach of your lower unit. Travel with care ! thumb

For a good time, call Shannon at the number above. And ladies, don’t be afraid, his bark is worse than his bite !

I don’t really think so. We did a few trips a couple days before this one and produced the same results. The key is keeping those holes baited with range cubes.
