Do you have a toilet running somewhere, is your timer not pumping long enough at night. Is your aerator working. Are the floats tangled up ? You should have had zero sludge pumps at this point, when they pumped it first time did they actually pump the first tank, there are 4 and usually the first is buried without a cover

A while back you told us your son's daycare was not happy about the size of the load in his diapers. They even sent home an impressive sample one day for your review. Maybe they was onto something...

Is there a way to auto-follow a thread, or does this have to be accomplished manually? Can I get alerts?

Probably something you are getting in the drains that kills the bacteria. Be sure the maid isn't using bleach or harsh cleaners.

What WAWI said. When my kids come home for holidays and birthdays, I have to remind them we life in the country and they live where there is city sewer systems. They tend to put all the scraps and peelings thru their disposals.
I would also check and see when the last time the diffusers were changed on your system. I do my own maintenance and change ours every 3 years. Like others said, check your air pump and the inlet filter, I change my inlet filter every 3 months.
Depending on your pump brand, there may be internal air filters, mine has 2 internal and the 1 external. Also check for air leaks at the pump, you could have a failed o-ring or gasket.
Our system has been in service since 1995 and was pumped for the first time 3 years ago, but the air pump has had the vanes replaced 3 time and the bearings once.
Good luck.

+1, I have an aerobic system and never run anything through the disposal. In fact it is locked up right now. I will not replace this one since I don't use it. The key to aerobic systems is the compressor. Make sure it is working properly. There are 2 alarms. One is a high water alarm and the other is for the compressor. Make sure the breakers are on. You can check the air flow out of the compressor by pulling the tube to the alarm or the rubber fitting on the compressor itself. As others have mentioned no bleach and no fabric softener. Fabric softener is also not good for your washing machine. Even with 5 people in my house 5 to 6 years was normal before pumping. My system has 3 tanks. First 2 are where the solids collect. Make sure whoever pumps it knows aerobic systems. I had a guy pump mine and he missed the front tank. The best thing you can do if you have a aerobic system is to at least have an understanding of how they work. If you can do your own maintenance that is a plus. I pull my water pump every few years and clean the strainer on it. Also, no condoms and no feminine hygiene products in the toilets. If you have to pump more often then every 5 years then you have some big poopers or they use a lot of paper.

Is the system maintained by a licensed septic company ? It is the law in Texas I do believe, they are required to check the system every 6 months to make sure it is functioning properly, we have a contract with a company and it is on the County records, the County has called me before to inform me that the system has not been reported to have been inspected, it was because the company I had quit doing business, they watch it pretty closely, at least in Grayson County they do.

Lived at our last house for 9 years and had it pumped once. You're supposed to have it pumped roughly every 5 years. Putting things like "flushable wipes" or feminine products down the toilet will significantly accelerate the pump needs. Is there something you need to tell us junben?

I was required to obtain a 2 year maintenance contract when we put our new system in last year. Had to have contract notarized and recorded at Travis(ty) County. Once the two year term expires, we are not required to continue with contracted maintenance, though we probably will. For $250/yr they come out every 3 or 4 months, change filters on air pump, check tanks, floats, pumps and flush drip lines. Really not much to it but one less thing to worry about.
