I worked at a bank for a long time... I once pulled a pallet jack of 20's. It would show up wrapped in thick [censored] cellophane. I dont know the details on all this, was not my AOR but I pushed around well over a million in cash.
You dont ask questions like "How much is that? " unless you have a need to know. It was over 100lbs in 20s.

I've been in the vault at the Fed reserve in Dallas years ago at 2am. Lots of cash on pallets and pallets, but it wasn't mine

Had 20 grand a few times on boat/truck/rv buys, but the best ever...
First job out of school, was selling vending machine parts and supplies. Was in Purdy Missouri, and guy needed to pay his bill, I collected 32 grand in QUARTERS. 1,500 pounds of them. Dang near bottomed out the one ton dodge van I was driving.
Nothing like the cussing I got when I got to the bank though....that made it all worthwhile.

I believe the most I ever had was 12k from selling a boat. All of it was in $100 bills.
My father worked for Diebold. His territory was Austin all the way to the border. I asked one time if he ever got to see lots of money and he told me pallets and pallets of bills at the federal reserve.

Former Brother in Law told me this one. He was an ATF Agent. When they opened the new Federal Reserve Bank building in Dallas they had to move all the money in the vaults from the old Fed Reserve vault to the new one. Other than the Fed's own fleet, they contracted almost every armored transport vehicle for a hundred miles around Dallas. Every Treasury Dept Agent and/or Officer was called up (at the time ATF and DEA were under Treasury, not DoJ, and they didn't invite the FBI to the party). Rule was there had to be at least one Treasury Agent or Officer locked in the back of each vehicle with a load of money. Each Agent/Officer had their side arm, a shotgun and a fully automatic weapon {BiL said he carried an Uzi but a buddy of his carried a Thompson}. They would sign for the load, get in the back and the door would be locked for the (two mile?) trip across downtown Dallas then unload, go back and repeat. .
BiL said he lost track of how many millions he was responsible for.

Most cash I ever saw was when touring the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Blue Mound. Many pallets stacked high with pre-cut sheets of $20 bills.

Not me but a safety guy I worked with was retired military, He said in Iraq they would get $300,000 cash every week to pay the locals for different stuff. He said there was some of them guys that could pick up a bundle of cash hold it to their ear and rifle or shuffle the stack and tell you exactly how many dollars was in it. they removed and added to the stack so it would not be the same always, His story not mine. But he was not one to embellish the truth.

I don't remember, but I'd suspect it's nothing to "brag" about.
