Limited out by 9am downrigging by the cross in 40-60fo w. Nothing real big but fun nonetheless. They were loving the 4" glow colored sassy shad and bucktail jig.

If you don't mind me asking, what area is the cross? I'm new to fishing Texoma and trying to figure out the names of places.

Did u try Table Top. Very similar as well, the big ones will hold in 40 FOW..Historically this has produced, you will notice many guide boats there. it is generally the "Go To Spot" this time of the year.

So north of Oil Well Point area? I just realized the name Oil Well Point a week or two ago.

If so, I fish the cross area somewhat frequently even if I didn't know the name of it.

Myself and 5 friends were on the big water yesterday ( 06/26 ) with Capt. Scott of SLAB SLAYER SERVICE. TWO of us had never fished like this, ( bait fished. ) by the end of our trip, THEY WERE BOTH ATE UP WITH IT... Made the rest of us PROUD.. Capt. SCOTT put us good fish. We limited out on good size overs, and very respectable box fish.

THANK YOU , CAPT SCOTT / SLAB SLAYER GUIDE SERVICE. JOB WELL DONE SIR !
