Surface water temperature 86 degrees, Winds started out at 5 mph out of the South, water clarity extremely good. Started at daylight on shell ledge, 2 slapped at our topwater’s, but no takers. Caught 1 small trout on a ¼ oz swimbait. Fished 30 minutes and moved over to a point close to a drain and began to catch keeper trout. on 1/4 oz tails. Fished another hour with catches coming about every 10 minutes. Moved to another point on a drain edge and really got into some good trout for about 2 hours till it slowed. Moved to a mid-water reef and found 1 area that was on fire. We managed to finish out our day around noon and they were still biting when we left. All in all, a great day to enjoy God’s Beauty and fellowship on Galveston Bay. https://getthenetguideservices.com/fishing-reports/Until Next Time – Captain Jeff Brandon – East Bay Guide
