Had it 2 times before being vaccinated. 1 time after. Only reason I got vaccinated was because McKinney is mini California. And 2 of my daughters best friends couldn't go to anyones house where the parents were not vaccinated. So for my little girls sake I got it done.

With almost 80% of all Americans having had at least one shot, I suppose that you might not know if someone had a shot but that its highly likely that most everyone other than hermits know someone who had the vaccine and did not get Covid.
People don't go walking around with tags with vaccine and Covid status.

I have never had a Covid shot I didn’t quit working on my sons house the first time last time was the worse and it was about like a bad case of flu
I think this hits people differently so if you need the shot get it if you don’t want it like me don’t

But by stumbling through this sentence so many times, I think you are saying, only hermits question if the "vaccine" works, and that most who have had the shot have not contracted COVID? If that is the case, the only hermit in this forum might be you.

As a nurse I’ve caught it twice on the job and I’m vax’d. I do have family members that have had the vaccine and not contracted it, and family members not vaccinated and not contracted it.

My mom, stepdad, dad and stepmom all got jabbed at least once. My dad is the only one who's had covid to our knowledge.

Here is my only problem with half these posts that are saying they have never contracted the virus.... most are asymptomatic today and unless you were tested often, you could easily walk around and be positive and not even know it. Which is completely fine with me, but no one can be 100% sure that the "Vax" has really prevented them from contracting some form of covid. I am only basing this off first hand knowledge of how many are testing positive in the hospital and presenting with 0 symptoms.

None of my family has been jabbed, and not so much as a sniffle out of anyone thru this [censored]. It probably doesn't hurt that the kid and I have been covered head to toe in Ivermectin for years from working the cattle.
