My dad's biggest life lesson was for his kids toget an education. He was highly educated and it paid off for him.
He also always said to have a living doing something you enjoy.

I just borrow those from my dad and try and instill it into my son.

anything he would have told me would get me summer camp into winter camp on here.

That's not the quote. Its "the lord loves a working man, don't trust whitey, see a doctor get rid of it."

My Dad told me to never stand in line for sex and don’t volunteer for anything.
I told my 2 that paying attention doesn’t cost anymore.p,

Don't eat a bear that's been feeding on fish, pick the one that's been gorging on blueberries.

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

My dad told me rubbers don't work. I asked how he knew this. Silence.

By being a waste of human flesh, my father taught me how not to be a waste of human flesh.

On the flip side, I got to witness a good father/son relationship when I was going to my best friend's house after his accident. Watching how his father treated him was awesome and helped heal some of my own wounds. For those of you that had decent fathers, go thank them for not being a waste of human flesh.

As for me, when my father dies, I'll go make certain he's actually dead and then my family and I will celebrate. Evil does walk this earth, unfortunately, and I have lived with it. I pray none of y'all ever encounter it.
