Two former US servicemen have been captured during fighting with Russian forces in Ukraine Robert Drueke, 39, and Andy Huynh, 27, were captured while fighting for the Ukrainian army last week The pair were part of a ten-men squad which encountered Russian forces in Kharkiv They disabled a Russian tank but then were lost in the fog of return fire then disappeared, comrades say Drueke served in Iraq in the US Army but Huynh, a former Marine, has never been in active combat before He gave an interview before he ventured to the region in which he said he was prepared to die https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...s-captured-Russian-soldiers-Ukraine.html

Pretty sure if you go over there to fight you better be willing to do whatever it takes to not get captured alive. I bet they already wish they were dead.

Maybe…but these are low value military intelligence captures. I would expect they will be detained and used as pawns when Putins thinks the time is right.

Pretty sure if you go over there to fight you better be willing to do whatever it takes to not get captured alive. I bet they already wish they were dead. Maybe…but these are low value military intelligence captures. I would expect they will be detained and used as pawns when Putins thinks the time is right. I foresee a trade. These guys and the girl basketball player for two convicted Russian spies and future considerations. Or, Putin makes an example of them to discourage more volunteers.

Russia detained Britney Griner in Moscow for pot possession. So, yes, they do have a female basketball player in custody.
