LMAO best thing I ever did was move out of Albuquerque. Do not mind the commute in for work and sure don't mind the commute out every evening. Believe me working in the hospital, I see first hand how awful this place is. If I didn't like the activities I do in New Mexico so much and I hadn't created a bond with so many ranchers in this state, I would move in a second. The three places you don't find me ever.... Santa Fe, Espanola, and only in Albuquerque to work and then I am gone and only returning if I ABSOLUTELY have to. Despite being here my whole life, hasn't changed my mind one bit. Still can't wrap my mind around the whole god and religion thing and I have read and been through the book a few times now being a preachers boy. I get to spend 20 hours in the truck with my pops this weekend, it always makes for interesting religious talks being so opposite in beliefs.

FACTS!!! Wherever my ol girl is right now, that's where I want to go. If that means heaven, then I believe in it now. This new pup I have, shes great but shes gonna have to follow along. I miss my first one so much and get choked up everytime I come across pictures of her still.

got a dove hunting buddy who has made about 40 trips to Argentina and all over the world shooting birds...........he tells this story about a nightmare he had in which he dreamed that he died and went to heaven,....St Peter met him at the gate and told him he had lived a good Christian life but he had shot too many of God's creatures and if he wanted to get into heaven,he had to climb over this huge and impossible to climb mountain of birds between him and the Pearly gates....

i can understand that, took me awhile to "see the Light" myself... here is the problem "religion" is very hard to understand, we have soo many because religion can change with each man making up his own religion, right... because religion is MAN MADE ! period... religion is man reaching out to god(s) or God... Christianity is not a religion - true Born Again Christianity... because GOD created Christianity, it is by simple faith in Him, and what He did at the cross, by changing your thought process - repenting - and believing God... the thief on the cross next to Jesus is the perfect example... he looked at the Lord and said " remember me when You enter into Your Kingdom", and Jesus said " I tell you the truth, today you will be with Me in paradise"... thats it, PERIOD...the thief didn't have to do anything - he couldn't do anything he was nailed to a cross !!!... LOL... thats the difference why soo many people stumble at religion is because it is not of God...

No, I'll spend eternity praising God Almighty as everything there does. Nothing wrong with fishing and it is extremely entertaining and brings me much pleasure. But that is not what Heaven is about.

And if you die and nothing happens....what's everybody's backup plan..???

thats a good impression, there will be many animals in heaven... seeing that God created them, when they die what's to stop their soul from returning to the Creator... see there is no "sin" in the animal kingdom, plus they don't have a spirit like man does as man was created in the image of God, and when sin entered into the world that broke the relationship between man and God... its sin that separates man from God... I fully expect to have all my dogs that i've been blessed with in eternity, where there will be no sin, thus no disease, pain and suffering or death, and they will be whole again, and they will know me and remember how I did everything i could while some of their bodies were destroyed by cancer, or arthritis that slowly made them unable to play or get up, be in pain, all because man sinned and corruption entered into this world... but thankfully God has promised "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."... I'm soo thankful for that promise... because after all, after the judgement time and we all learn of the loved ones we knew who rejected God and received their hearts desire of eternal separation from God, I wouldn't want to spend eternity remembering them in Hell... and people say God is not just... i need to go hug my dog and throw his ball...
