I bought a Carbon 12 not too long ago brand new from BPS when they put them on sale. Love the unit but the screen seems hard to touch. It seems like the corners are the worst as it doesn't register the touch from my finger on the screen. Even when I am in the menu and want to change palette or contrast, it can be kind of hard to get the screen to cooperate. Unsure if there is a reset of calibration for these carbon units. I looked through the owners manual EVERYWHERE and cannot find anything. I am about to give lowrance a call but may wait until winter to send it in since its the only unit I have at the front of the boat running my AT. I have a 9" live and a Gen 3 touch at the helm that work FAR better than this unit does. Anyone have this issue or know a fix for this?

Google - How to perform Touch Calibration for Lowrance Carbon.
Call Lowrance if that does not help.
