The second time I got the call to go to the Mississippi River flathead trip with a group of serious flathead guys and I am stuck working , Well at least me and Wyatt got to go help catch some of the bait for the trip . Thanks Alexander Taxidermy ( Trenton Tx ) maybe next time I wont be stuck working

Sunfish traps are hard to beat. Awesome Flathead bait for sure!

I use fish traps also but I’ve never heard about using an orange for bait, gonna try that soon-

Man, I envy guys that actually have a Spring season for catfishing, as well as current. I think our Spring season this year was about a week and a half long.

Man, I envy guys that actually have a Spring season for catfishing, as well as current. I think our Spring season this year was about a week and a half long. Yeah, I think we are down to 2 seasons. 1 - Windy, 2 - Hot and Windy...

I enjoyed the video thanks! I finally was able to put a couple of orange slices into my trap down at my ponds this morning. I’ll check it tomorrow and see I’m my fish also like oranges- If anyone else cares that is-
