I have emailed them 2 or 3 times and no reply so take that for what its worth
The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

Wow! couldn't wait until someone popped this question.
I ordered a trolling motor some weeks back. I will sing a song for you.
Everyone knows how hard it is to get Humminbird & Minnkota products. Their website is severely misleading. It says usually ships in 1-2 days. ummm OK! When they took my order (My Money) the order would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. ummm OK!
I called them at least 40 times, twice someone answered. They told me they would have somebody call me but it never happened, BOTH TIMES! They have a chat on their site, 100% never responded back. They may have been a good place to buy at some point but right now. Trash! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered the same thing at Hodges marine last Friday, and it's already here. BUYER BEWARE!

Of course, there are exceptions, but this kind of customer "service" unfortunately seems to be the norm these days. I just don't get it.

They are pretty much just a drop shipping site, we see more and more of these pop up everyday!
Thats why the customer service so is horrible someone looking to make a quick buck and doesnt have to much knowledge in the fishing/marine world
