I had the same problem with my previous 2000 Silverado. I found the part on Amazon for $50. Took 15 minutes and one YouTube video to replace it.
He is truly a sick individual.

The moisture won't hurt anything. It is part of the self-cleaning tail-light system. Asymmetry is unsightly however. Just drill a small hole in drivers side tail-light and spray in some water. Note the new symmetry. Break out guitar, play and sing.

Still haven’t found one. It’s a 2018 F -150 2.7L Oxford White Supercrew STX. Rockauto has nothing.
There’s no longer moisture in there, it’s more like an aquarium…no brake light. Help a brother out please.

We’ve known each other long enough that you shouldn’t even have to ask what’s wrong with me…you already know! Have you tried Amazon? They make good ones for my old Dodge. Yeah, I’ve looked and looked but (to rj’s comment), I’m a dumba**! I can’t figure out if they’re the right ones for my truck, or if they’ll fit. When I find one that looks right, I either can’t confirm it with information provided on the site or it’s the left one (drivers) and I need the right one (passenger).

Rockauto is the way to go, changing a tail light housing is fairly easy, should be able to find an aftermarket light housing for fairly inexpensive.
