Never heard of this guy until now. Had to look at his youtube channel to see what all the fuss is about. Now I'm wondering whats dumber, him or his 24.5k subscribers.

Stay out of the bass section, both of you, you don't belong here.

This is one of the lowest, most pathetic threads I think I have ever seen on the TFF. Dude truly has done some dumb arse things in the past and clearly now the present but to let this thing go 12 damn pages of just brutalizing the guy is ridiculous. I also see a lot of "glass houses" in some of the posts. And to be clear, I am not condoning ANYTHING he's done in the past, regarding the tourney with Lee or this event with the banner....they were all wrong but this thread, in many ways, is just as bad in my opinion.

Lol. Hurt feelings.

Been a good day.

Life is full of choices.

Make good ones and this don’t happen.

I have known Billy for around 8-10 years. Not well but our paths have crossed from time to time over the years. I really think he means to do well, and I believe he is a Christian. He, like us all, have flaws. I know a lot of the guides and other locals around the lake don’t care for him, his app, YouTube channel and the way he goes about his business, and I share some of those concerns. He has certainly skewered some sacred cows and is and will continue to pay a price for that. I like try to see the good in everyone and truly believe some of this recognition he has received from doing his seminars and social media along with the whiskey has gotten to him in a bad way. It’s a tough world out there and when you put yourself out there the way he has, you’re going to rub some the wrong way. He has obviously done that. With all of that said, it’s sad to see this public pilling on. We must be better than that. We all need to pray for the man and his family. Hopefully this is a wakeup call for him and others. I will forgive him and march on. Life's to short let's go fishing!

Thanks Brian ... you set a good example. Let's go ahead and shut this one down.

The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach
