I bought a small tool off Ebay that is similar to a round file. It is made by Schrade and diamond encrusted. Visit www.btibrands.com It's called a Hone Cone for $10.00
Look under Schrade / Tools I just looked at the website and it said it was out of stock. Add your email address and they will notify you when back in stock. You may find a tool similar to this elsewhere. Good luck. A regular round file may work. Such as the ones used to sharpen a chainsaw chain. Diamond Honing Cone on Amazon .

The one on Ebay is listed as Schrade Sharpener SCHDDS Diamond Dust Fish Hook Sharpening Rod + Sheath $10.50 Free S&H
