Heck yeah. Bout to have a restaurant tenderloin at the keg The Keg was truly one of the best steakhouses I have ever eaten at...and then Dick sold it to the Canadians and it changed. I have heard it is good again, but I haven't been in many years. I hope your tenderloin is great!

When you serve the beef at home, do you use a heated plate ? I lose the great taste as it cools.

When you serve the beef at home, do you use a heated plate ? I lose the great taste as it cools. I turn on the to toaster oven and stack the plates on top to warm them.
