What effect will the higher depth of water have on bank fishing? I’m limited to a certain location and wheelchair from bank. Will the smaller species take advantage of the new shoreline underwater? Thanks.

I was out there today and didn't catch or see fish in the new stuff. I was out to bass fish and running Livescope. There were some just off the normal lake level bank and the first drop off it. Most of the fish were deeper in the area I was fishing but it was a tough bite. I also tried the crappie and they were deeper too. It may take them a few days for them to move up but it sure looks good. I ran Livescope all day while I was fishing too and scanning deep and shallow, It was really a nice day out there today. Good luck and sorry I can't help out much.

As long as they have the gates open the fishing will be very slow. That has been my experience with Lewisville. But then the term "you don't know if you don't go" comes to mind.

Today was very slow. Saw lots of fish on Livescope but they were hard to catch. Got hot and quit at 10 AM.
