Okay, that made me laugh out loud! Had a lady from the church I used to attend call and said something about a spoon...and that's all I can say on that.

First time it ever happened to me as a kid, Grandma gave me some "chocolate" and said if this doesn't help, we're taking you to the VA hospital where grandpa works and the doctor will spoon it out of you! What a horrible thing to tell a small child who doesn't know why he can't poop!!!

I recently did colonics to clean out my large intestine , a series of three times . Never felt better . It's not cheap ($140 per including a I/R sauna session each time ) , but it really helps your overall health . Detox , parasites etc...
The machine my homeopath used was called Colonz , it's a open type process and you can control the water .
