I used a live crab on a 7'9" Salmon-Steelhead rod by Okuma spooled with 8lb monofilament line. This set-up is what i normally use for fishing for papi'o (Jacks) which is what i was targeting this day. I ended up hooking a decent sized Cow Nose Eagle Ray instead. I fought this in for +13min. I was just amazed that a rod that i normally use for whipping (spin casting) brought in this powerful fighter.
Traveled the World diving & fishing. Became a ranked billiard player in Asia. Won a few senior bowling tournaments. I travel to the US, Australia & Europe working with museums & doing educational lectures.
