The wife and I decided to hit the local Marina/ restaurant for supper tonight. We were seated to where we see the gas pumps. I checked when we were walking in and the price was $5.699 a gallon... While waiting to eat there was a steady line of pontoons, runabouts and jet skies all getting gas... Should be a fun Memorial Day weekend... I'm gonna take the gas cans into town and fill them up at $4.099 so when the kids come down we won't have to pay "marina" prices... Dan

Idiot voters bring consequences. They are stupid enough to do it again. If one conservative stays at home for any election thatโ€™s part of the problem.

Marina gas has always been stupid high compared to regular stations...but they also have to carry different insurance and have different equipment.

Gas on LBJ was $6.99 a gallon and that was around the first of April.

It is also higher octane, a minimum of 89, and not on regular routes.

Shouldn't it also be tax exempt?

Headed to New York next week to visit family. Will be taking out my brothers 33โ€™ center console for some off shore fishing. He said gas in his marina is just shy of $8 a gallon. He only burns about 300 gallons on a trip to the canyons.
