First trip out with my new deep hole net and i tore it. The tear is right above the tape. Any advise on a repair? It’s factory tape so i don’t really want to remove and replace all the tape to do the repair. I don’t necessarily need a perfect repair. As long as it functions I’ll be happy.

I use braid to repair mine all the time. you have to replace each knot that tore so it takes a little time but it works great...

^^^^^^ exactly what I do. Takes time. I’ve used nets for 20 years. Starting with a good net is really important too.

Same as Tim recommends... Use braid and take your time. Will be good as new. Maybe actually stronger where you use the braid, depending on size and your knot tying ability. Good luck. Ken
