Depending on who is doing the reporting, a lot of times those statistics also include justifiable shootings where no charges are ever brought. The most shocking thing is the woke crowd is not demanding the city change it's name to something like "lighter pigment" settlement Been tried. The vote was 97% against and the mayor who put it up for vote was recalled. We do what we want.
