What are the top choices for deep diving crank bait line these days ?

I might have to make the switch to whatever Livesay is throwing. Not sure if you watching live this AM but he had a 5+ pounder wrap him in a tree. He tried for a couple minutes to get it lose and finally went to break it and the tree/limb broke instead and he ended up getting the fish. Wild

I change line on my Cranking setup so frequently that I've landed on 12lb Seaguar Red Label. I've had good luck with it over the years.

With that said though, I just ran out of my last spool of Seaguar and bought some 12lb sunline super and 14lb sunline shooter to try instead.

If I had faith in fluoro, I’d run 12lb in fluoro of my preference.

I really like the sensitivity and castability of braid; so I run 30lb braid mainline with a six foot leader of 12lb Pline CXX.
For me, this is a blend of braid sensitivity and the stretchiness/forgiveness of copoly.

Fluorocarbon line. It sinks, less stretch, a it’s strong. Invjsx 12lb
