Have a pair of 12's I need replicas for. Is Fork taxidermy still the best place around for replicas?

The only pictures of replicas I have ever seen that didn't look terrible were from Bryan Russell ( I think that's his name). Really impressive work. He posts some on here under a different name, FishArtist or something like that if I recall correctly.

If you would have taken josh jones up on that 1000 dollar offer you texted me about for today you wouldn't probably be needing to mount a 12.

I ordered one from Anglers Choice. Most of them seem to have pretty long lead times, but no big deal if they produce quality work. I have a couple that were done by Fish Scale about 11 years ago. They’re pretty incredible. He did some great work before things took a bad turn.

Maybe JJ can put you on some Ray Roberts fish so you can start cashing checks again in tourneys

Any work that I've seen that came out of Lake Fork taxidermy was excellent.

He still owes me for two fish my sons caught that I wanted mounted and were paid for but never got. Money wasted with him. He never produced either one even though I paid for them in advance. All I got was excuses from him . He never even offered to refund my money.

Make sure to do your homework! All fish replicas are not the same. Some don't even resemble bass!
I always say "Buy once,cry once"! Get the best you can afford.
