I bought a precision charger from a guy who upgraded to lithium, my question is, does three single blinking lights mean my batteries are charged ?

A solid RED LED indicates there is an issue with the battery connection. A flashing RED LED indicates an error. A YELLOW LED indicates the progress of charging. A flashing GREEN LED indicates battery is fully charged, in Maintenance Mode and ready to use.
and the precision will charge lithium if you upgrade to them, I am using my 4 bank on 3 ionics
