mine would stay, everything on the phone is now on the desktop with link to windows app. it works great.

I have never had any damage to a cell phone. I see people at stores with phone in hand pushing a cart and dropping their phones. I still carry a handwritten list to the store. Mine either stays in my truck or securely in a pocket.
