SuckleBusters original sauce (won a lot of awards) and get some Hog Waller rub for pork/ribs and clucker dust for chicken. You can mail order or pick up in Coppell. Great stuff.

Walmart sales the gallon jugs and the larger bottles of Head Country. I remember many many years ago picking up a pit ham from Bryan in his garage and that's when he told me he uses HC. Bought it and have never looked back

Blues Hog Original is a little too sweet and thick for me but mix it with Blues Hog Tennessee Red and you've got an unbeatable sauce. I like the TN Red on pulled pork. Always have those two kinds of Blues Hog (and s Head Country Original, which is my wife's favorite) in the fridge.
Hank Hill : Just in case I'm incapacitated for some reason, do you know how to start a man's heart with a downed power line?
Bobby: No.
Hank : Well, there's really no wrong way to do it.

I've experimented with tons of BBQ sauce,I've stuck with Blues Hog original or champions blend or various Head Country sauces. HC original, bold and spicy, and apple habanero are great sauces. Ate bbq at Hurtados and told the waiter this sauce is Head Country isn't it. He went back to the kitchen and told me it was and I had a very good palate.

Meat Mitch Naked BBQ sauce is some of the best Iโve ever had. Academy started carrying it last year. Before that I just ordered it by the case from the web site.
