I am not anti-vaccine and have had Pfizer shots and one booster. That said this seems like a strange time of the year for another booster. Going into fall I could see it but going into summer seems very questionable. I have never had a flu shot this time of the year. Unless my PCP really pushes it, which they aren’t at present, I will reconsider in fall. the efficacy only lasts for a short time. Yup, the Omicrom and omicrom sub variants seem to skirt both the shots and "I had it before" deals sooner, but at least those variants are not as severe.

From what I understand, each new strain will be more infectious, but less severe.

Had the two Moderna shots (take note I didn't call it a vaccine) and still got the Rona. The Rona was nothing but after the second shot of Moderna I was more effed up than Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock!
