Another inflationary shocker. Need to renew/change energy providers in July. Current Plan EFL Renewal with same provider and same plan EFL Quick research showing all providers at around 14 to 19 cents per kWh on their fixed 12 month plans.

My PG&E plan rate varies from time of year to time of day. Lowest is .39 and highest is .51 per kwh. Your plan looks awesome.

Is the delivery charge the triplex that's already ran to your home?

It's going up fast. I renewed in March for 10.8 per 1000+ and 11.1 per 500-1000. Cheapest rate in my area on PTC now is 13.7-14.1

Isn't the highest inflation rate in 40 years just so wonderfully special?

Energy Ogre, if itโs available in your area. First I've heard of this, is the cost savings worth the membership?

Is the delivery charge the triplex that's already ran to your home? In Texas your electric bill is split into two separate sections - one is for the electricity provider and the other is for the electricity transporter (the people who own the power lines, transformers, etc). You can choose your provider, but your transporter is whoever physically controls the infrastructure in your area. You will have a single bill each month, but both charges will be listed separately on the bill. For example I buy electricity from Discount Power for $0.09 per KWH and Texas-New Mexico delivers it to me for $0.05 per KWH.

Energy Ogre just switched me to PowerNext, as my previous provider, V247 Power went out of business. My rate jumped from 10 cent kWh to 17.2 cents kWh. By the time you add the $10 a month Energy Ogre charges, they didn't get me into any better of a plan than what i could have found myself, I've been very happy with them up until now, but this time I'm disappointed in them

I tried energy ogre and quit after my first year because I could do the same thing that they were doing. Luckily I locked in a multi year plan prior to all the craziness.
