I’ve had some shoulder trouble lately and been looking at electric or battery powered pressure washers to clean my boat vs scrubbing the non skid with a brush. Either are fine, I just don’t want to have to pull a starter rope on a gas engine anymore.

Do any of you have any recommendations?

I bought the one from Home Depot about 3 years ago and am quite pleased with it for light household use.

I bought a worx rechargeable so I could spray from a bucket of 50/50 vinegar water mix. One battery is fine for washing whole boat. I have been happy with it.

Did you get the 320 PSI or the 725 PSI version? Is it strong enough to clean the non skid floor?

I've come to the conclusion that anything less than 2800psi sux. If you don't want to pull a rope get an electric start model.

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

I did consider the Sun Joe model above and think it would be a good value in electric.

One thing to consider in many of the cheaper models is whether or not the hose and want use standard sized QD connectors. Sometimes they use custom sizes that makes it difficult to buy a replacement wand or accessory.

I had an electric one and it lasted about 2 years and really wasn’t used much at all in the 2 year window. It was pure junk. Don’t waste your money on electric if you want it to last. Buy a gas powered one with a Honda motor.
